  Great service! Nicole is our server every time in the evening and keeps us satisfied. The food is always served right away and drinks are always refilled when empty. Nothing but great things to say about her and the restaurant. Highly recommend this place and great tasting food. You can't beat the pricing and quality of food.

  Ordered three meals from Conrad's on Central in Glendale and while eating my fiancé found a hair  and this bug in her Caesar salad... Conrads did not Comp the entire meal;
  
  Argued with Postmates because they wanted to give me a $10 credit on the salad when the salad was $18... After arguing with them they finally gave me the full credit
  
  P. S. Conrads did not even have rolls and butter to send with their salad which is supposed to be included with it... Go figure that!

  I went down to Glendale from San Diego on Saturday  to meet my friend from England who was staying at the nearby Hilton . We popped in here for lunch . I have to say we had fantastic service by a lovely lady who was very attentive . The food came out super quickly , even though the restaurant was extremely busy . I had a BLT and it came with fries and salad plus a gorgeous Corn chowder ( never tried it before and it was yummy ! )
  The food was good and both of us couldn't finish it as we were full .
  The only reason I'm not giving it 5* is because I found it a little dark in the restaurant . Which made the atmosphere a bit gloomy .
  I'd definitely go back though ! Worth a visit !

  This was the closest to Hilton Hotel.  I was not impressed with the food.  I ordered Chinese Chicken salad.  I've tasted better Chinese chicken salad.  Not worth the price if $17.00 + $3.00 tip.
  Very expensive plate of lettuces.

  this is by far the WORST customer service in Glendale. Imagine asking for water 4 times in a span of 30 minutes, and then having to get up to the front and asking for water the 5th time. I had to ask numerous employees for just water. Adding to this, they give such a rude attitude for every question I ask, having my coffee brought spilled continuously. Yet, I still come here due to the convenience of the 24/7 hour service. The only waitress I truly enjoy having is Nichole, no matter the time, she's always bubbly and cheerful. Convenience, food, and Nichole are great
  Customer service is truly something to be worked on.
